 Offshore Access and Lifting Equipment Training

Providing a safe, effective means for Maintenance and Inspection is a requirement across all industries. Some industries have operating environments and specific demands that challenge conventional general purpose Access Platforms predominantly designed for the construction industry.

In conjunction with Palfinger, the world’s leading manufacturer of knuckle boom lifting and access equipment, Outreach has designed a range of equipment that uniquely and specifically meets the needs of those who need to maintain all types of offshore equipment. Training available on Offshore Stabbing Basket, Offshore Powered Access or Pipe Handling Equipment.

A specially designed manufacturers training course is available, conducted by our fully qualified Ipaf instructors. Train the Trainer courses are also available so that you can continue to train new personnel and keep your expired operator certificates up to date. Not only will Outreach solve the problem of access to hard to reach areas in this sometimes very harsh environment, we will also fully train your personnel to operate, maintain and inspect the offshore access and lifting equipment.

The course content includes:

  • Inspection and Maintenance
  • Safe Operating Methods
  • Hazards
  • Practical Training
  • Theory/Practical Assessment
On successful completion of an Offshore Training Course with Outreach each delegate will receive a certificate of competence which is valid for 2 years.
