It is our aim to make you, our customer, feel valued and in safe hands. None of our newly supplied cranes, hook and skip loaders, access platforms or oil and gas equipment departs Outreach Limited without our Customer Champion Team checking every aspect of quality and operating performance.
To maintain the superior working performance of your purchased equipment and to maximise the return on your investment with a full working life and limited down time, we recommend that your equipment is serviced regularly.
We offer a choice of workshop, field and off-shore servicing backed by our state of the art in-house facilities centrally located at Falkirk close to the M9 at the heart of Scotland’s motorway network. Our field-based engineers operate across Scotland and from our base in Carlisle.
Our professionally trained Outreach Aftercare Service staff will assist you in selecting the most appropriate type of service approach for your equipment and set up a convenient date and time to carry out the work, backed up by a reminder telephone call in advance.
Alternatively, we can provide you with an Annual Service Contract whereby we take the responsibility to remind you of an approaching routine inspection or service point. The Contract is based on regular checks to ensure the safety, operating condition and performance of your equipment meets the highest standards.
All servicing is carried out by our experienced and industry trained engineers (and fully certificated specialists for off-shore work) who will provide you with a full report covering the work carried out along with any recommendations for any further work should this be required.
Both our workshop and mobile service engineers carry a large stock of spares and parts for servicing work either at Falkirk, or at your own site.
