Why Outreach? Outreach employees are dedicated to providing the most professional and complete range of services to help those who use the products that we supply to obtain high levels of reliability, safety and performance throughout the life of the equipment.
We have specialised in the supply of hydraulic Loading and Access Equipment for close to 40 years during which time we have provided service support for this type of equipment to customers in Transport, Construction, Forestry, Marine and Oil and Gas industries. This diversity of activity has helped us to develop and maintain our reputation for service excellence due to our exposure to high level service demands from a number of theses sectors, high standards that we endeavour to ably across the board.
We Compete on Service. During 2005 we began a program that is intended to clearly separate us from our competitors based primarily on the basis of our service promise. Every aspect of our business is being driven forward based on a number of Promises. These are;
