New Training Manager Appointed

Tony Warren has recently been appointed training manager here at Outreach and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience within the training industry.
Tony is a fully qualified IPAF, PASMA, HARNESS and LADDER instructor and is on his way to becoming an ALLMI instructor.
He has 14 years experience within the Access Industry working in many varied positions from operations to sales and finally to training.
His top tip for becoming a good instructor is to know your product and make learning interesting, he believes “Good communication skills are a must, there needs to be involvement from both sides and getting delegates to open up is sometimes the hardest part.”
The best part of the job as far as he is concerned is the variety of different people and personalities that you come into contact with and the places you get to visit.
