OUTREACH Ltd are proud to announce the first 70mph trailer crash cushion to be fitted in the United Kingdom. The VORTEQ trailer crash cushion is the latest generation offering a cartridge free unit to minimise weight and maintenance yet is the first cushion to be listed on the Highways Agency website at the new 70mph limit. The install incorporates a custom demountable rear Nissen Light Arrow that allows the vehicles rear door to operate without removal. This cushion allows for greater fleet flexability and greater safety with the work vehicle providing its own protection.
Specialist in traffic management bodywork and crash cushion installations and servicing. This body work was custom designed to be lightweight and provide large side lockable storage boxes. The body has a unique sign storage rack that can be positioned at several positions to allow for greater body flexability. The crash cushion is a 70mph Safe-Stop 90 with a horizontal Light Arrow.
