Outreach Ltd delivers an effective solution through a three stage approach:

  • An emergency troubleshooting help-line direct to Aftercare Technical Support Manager, aimed at diagnosing the problem.
  • A fully trained, equipped mobile service engineer will attend on site to diagnose the problem, supply spare parts and make any necessary repairs.
  • Arrange for the equipment to be brought to the Outreach Aftercare workshop facility where a highly experienced repair team will tackle the more complicated, demanding problems.
