Regardless of how well equipment is looked after, excessive demands and a tough working environment means that, inevitably, there may be breakdowns which necessitate repair.  Outreach Ltd. views this as a major challenge and responsibility to get its customers’ equipment back to work, without delay.

Outreach Ltd. delivers an effective three stage approach:

  1. An emergency troubleshooting help-line direct to Aftercare Technical Support Manager, aimed at diagnosing the problem.
  2. A fully trained, equipped mobile service engineer will attend on site to diagnose the problem, supply spare parts and make any necessary repairs.
  3. Arrange for the equipment to be brought to the Outreach Aftercare workshop facility where a highly experienced repair team will tackle the more complicated, demanding problems.
