Service and Testing

All Outreach Ltd Field Service Engineers are IPAF qualified as Competent Assessed Persons (CAP) with wide experience on a number of different manufacturers’ equipment. This resource helps customers ensure their own equipment complies with the Lifting Equipment and Lifting Operation Regulations (LOLER) which requires personnel lifts to be inspected and certificated as fit for purpose every six months. The machines also need to be serviced by a competent engineer. Field Service Engineers visit the customer’s site(s), provide a comprehensive report on the piece of equipment being inspected and conduct any necessary repairs or servicing, before confirming that the MEWP is certified fit for purpose.
